Associate Professor Suzanne Mavoa

Suze01 smI am a Principal Research Fellow at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute where I lead the linkage of geospatial measures of the natural and built environment to the GenV cohort.

I also undertake research along two parallel streams. The first is to uncover and understand relationships between environments and human health, with a focus on child health and exposures over the life-course. The second is to develop and apply novel geospatial methods to measure, analyse and model and map complex environments (including GIS, remote sensing, spatial simulation, use of GPS/sensor data, citizen science data).

My publications are listed on Google Scholar.
